Movement Bank Week #7

This week, like our fieldwork assignment, we were instructed to create our own movement bank assignment. Since we are approaching the halfway point in the semester, I decided to look back at my older movement banks and start from there. I took at least one movement from each bank that I felt either "needed work" or I felt "stuck" in. I then took these movements, worked through them, and then strung them together. The video below is definitely a work in progress version of this movement bank.
